Making cheese is a long tradition in the Jogne valley and in the whole region of La Gruyère. Our cheese is handmade in the mountains with fresh milk and a lot of time. After the initial process, the cheese will ripen in the cheese cellars in La Tzintre, where it develops its unique flavor.
The cellars in La Tzintre can be visited by groups. Reservations can be made at the Tourist Information in Charmey.
