Spring is gently settling in at Charmey, marking the launch of the summer season as early as the Easter vacations. With the snow behind us, it's time for outdoor activities and family adventures!

Open and varied activities

Open for the Easter vacations from April 18 to May 4. Come and discover Charmey's many family activities! Take advantage of the mild spring weather to explore the many hiking trails, admire the panoramic views and take part in outdoor activities.

At the summit, young and old alike can already take advantage of summer facilities such as the Children's Hill, Playa del Charmey and the via ferrata. A gourmet break at the Les Dents-Vertes restaurant is a must if you want to recharge your batteries.

For a touch of adventure, theaccrobranche (tree climbing) located just off the ski lifts promises unique sensations for young adventurers. An ideal activity for a family outing!

A never-before-seen exhibition of chicks 🐥

An exceptional new feature this year! For the first time in Charmey, an unprecedented exhibition entirely dedicated to chicks will be on display at the lift departure during the Easter vacations, from April 18 to May 4.

A unique opportunity to admire these adorable balls of feathers up close! You'll be able to observe their first steps, their fascinating behavior and discover their life cycle like never before. This fun and educational event will delight young and old alike, offering a moment of sharing and discovery right in the heart of Charmey.

Easter stroll for the whole family

From April 18 to May 4, the village of Charmey will be the setting for an enigmatic walk for all ages. This fun-filled stroll will enable families to discover Charmey from a new angle, while taking on stimulating challenges.

Discover 10 stations scattered around the village, solve the riddles at each stage and piece together the clues to unveil a mystery word! Participants will receive a fun brochure to complete along the way. At the end of the trail, a reward will be given to families who have successfully completed the challenge! Designed to be accessible to all, this 3 km circuit is ideal for strollers and young children.

The big egg hunt

On Easter Monday, a big egg hunt will be held at the top of the lifts. A fun activity that promises to delight young and old alike, with many exceptional prizes to be won.

After the hunt, families can extend their day by taking advantage of the many activities at the top of Vounetz. For a well-deserved break, the Les Dents-Vertes restaurant will be the perfect place to relax while enjoying a beautiful view of the Fribourg Pre-Alps. It's a great opportunity to enjoy some family time together after a day full of activities.
